Yawn.... Im sick of these stoopid arguments.
The GUI extension offers just as much, if not more power, than the Blitz
side of things. I personally dont like blitz, but have used it in the past
to do small programs etc. and was even working with Paul Burkey to figure
out TCP in his Foundation game, when I met up with him for a weekend last
april.
All I say is each to their own, and the programmer can certainly improve
the speed of his/her programs thanks to extensions etc.
